    Ringette Canada AGM 2013 in DIEPPE!!!

    RNB is proud to be the host province for this year’s Ringette Canada Annual General Meeting. The conference will take place at the Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace Hotel from June 7th to June 9th.

    Ringette has been selected to the 2019 CWG!!!

    Congratulations to everyone as Ringette has been selected to the 2019 Canada Winter Games!
    Ringette ranked first of the sports who were up for evaluation in the second part of the selection process. We ranked especially well in the areas of provincial rankings, coaching scores and the membership scores.
    Teams will be comprised of 18 athletes and 3 bench staff.

    2012-2013 RNB SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS!!!

    RNB would like to thank all participants that had submitted their application for the 2012-2013 RNB scholarship. The decision was incredibly hard, but after reviewing all the applications a final decision was made by the committee and RNB would like to congratulate: Gabrielle Hibbert & Michelle Daigle

    Gabrielle Hibbert- A grade 12 student from the FYRA association has already been accepted as a full time student at UNB for the upcoming season for a bachelor of science. Gabrielle has been with the FYRA association for over 10 years where she has won 3 awards for best defensive, 2 awards for MVP and 1 award for most sportsmanlike player. She had the opportunity to win many tournaments and championships during her ringette career. Having also many hours of volunteering under her belt, Gabrielle has been an official for 4 years. With that being said best of luck for your future endeavor Gabrielle.

    Michelle Daigle- Also a very focused athlete and student has been accepted to the University of Moncton in Social Work. She has demonstrated in her application how devoted she is to ringette, having played for several years with the Chaleur Association as well as with the West Kent Hot Shots competitive league who has claimed gold in 2011. She has participated as a volunteer for relay for life for the last 3 years. Michelle was an assistant coach for the U9 program for 3 years in her home association and has also completed an officials workshop in 2010-2011. Michelle is known to be a devoted athlete to the sport and on the ice, displays guidance and character to the other players. Michelle, we wish you all the best in your future plans.
